NOTE: This is a 2 person/1 BDRM Booking Rate with full, private use of all common spaces with one BRM blocked. A $25 per person, per day for all persons over 2 includes use of both BRMS. This two bedroom, one bath apartment includes two luxury queen beds, hotel quality sheets and towels, alarm clocks, master bed room equipped with 40 inch full range extension LED SMART TV, sound machines, lighted/magnified make-up mirrors and many convenience items. Stackable washer/dryer combo with iron and small ironing board. Fully equipped kitchen stocked with all utensils, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, gas stove/oven, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. Coffee pods, sweeteners and creamer provided. The sitting area is a great space to relax after a day of exploring historic downtown complete with one comfy sectional couch and a 55 inch full range extension LED SMART TV. Complementary WIFI is included throughout the property. Enjoy one of two outdoor spaces, a shared courtyard complete with ample seating, gas fire pit and festive Edison string lighting or your private porch with breakfast table and additional seating. Provided onsite for your convenience when exploring our city, parks or beaches; rain umbrellas, beach umbrellas, large cooler bag, beach towels, beach bag and beach chairs. **If both bedrooms are needed, the price will be adjusted for more than a 2 person/one bdrm occupancy stay at an extra $25 per person, per night (like hotel fees). This is in place to keep rates reasonable for a 1 bdrm/2 person stay. One BDRM will be blocked off and will remain unused for the one BDRM, two person booking rate. One complimentary onsite parking space is provided with each rental. Two of the three spaces onsite are tandem parking which may require some planning, consideration and cooperation. A quick note on the car or Unit A door sharing phone numbers can be very helpful to all during your stay. This has never been an issue and I can assist you with any arrangements if needed. It is shared with the other unit in the main house. It is imperative that you park in the space assigned to your unit to avoid conflict with other renters. Please don't assume an empty spot is available for use as people check in and out at all times and sometimes have a car part time. Street parking is limited to two hours in the same spot and can be helpful for loading, unloading and temporary drop offs. Midtown Garage 558 King Street is a quick walk to King and within a couple of blocks. They do not have a limited parking timeframe. 207 Coming Street is a legal rental licensed by the City of Charleston and all licenses are visibly displayed onsite. Guest access You will have full access to the common areas of the top floor of the main house as well as the porch. The middle courtyard area is shared with other onsite AirBnB guests staying at the Rutledge Retreat and Charleston Carriage House property. This is a spacious area complete with ample seating, a gas firepit and edison lighting. The rear courtyard area behind The Charleston Carriage House is private exclusive to The Charleston Carriage House guests. Other things to note This is a downtown area listing. You may experience street noise and the regular bustling associated with an active downtown area. Check In 3 pm / Check Out 11 am ~ Flexible (when ever possible but we have a lot of back to back bookings and unless discussed a STRICT timeframe is in place) For those using airline services, you can possibly be onsite via Uber within 20 minutes from the airport. Luggage storage before and after your stay is provided. Located under the main house stairs, this area also houses complimentary beach items to use during your stay. Extra people: $25 / per night per guest after 2 guests One complimentary parking space is included with booking which is a big plus in the city.
