The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. It also has many appliances to enjoy cooking. It is equipped with kitchenware for 12 people. The space 5 minutes from Brisas de Navidad beach and 10 minutes from Matanzas beach and village, where you can do sports such as: surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, SUP, horseback riding, bicycle and motorcycle circuits. There are excellent clubs and restaurants with haute cuisine, local food, or fish and seafood cove. Guest access Two rooms inside the house, one double with bathroom and another with two cabins of 3 beds each (6 beds in total) and bathroom in the hallway There is a third outdoor room with two beds and a bathroom. The rooms have electric radiators for heating and in the living room there is a wood-burning stove. Large common space with a living room, dining room and built-in kitchen ideal for enjoying with friends and family. There is also a large terrace with two sofas and a grill for barbecues; all this accompanied by a wide and beautiful view of the mouth of the Rapel River. Other things to note The house is delivered with clean sheets. The exterior of the gardens has a sand pit, sector and sun loungers. -Pets are not allowed -Parties and events are forbidden - Flexible check-in time. -Check-out before 3:00 PM - Smoking is allowed ONLY in outdoor areas and terrace - The house must be left tidy - Please turn off the grill well after finishing a barbecue to prevent fires!!! You have to take out the trash. There are places at Christmas where you can leave it.
