STR Lic. #2023251 The space You are greeted by a private front gated patio, as you make your way into this one of a kind home. Walking in this 2,863 square foot single story home, you will find no shortage of space or things to keep your group preoccupied at The Blue Cactus. Whether it be the fact that upon entering the home, you have a custom game room that includes two flat screen TV's, two X box Series S, arcade games, a poker table, plenty of seating, board games, and a pop a shot arcade basketball game. You can spend hours here catching up with friends and family while enjoying your vacation. The home has not one, but two additional living rooms with plenty of seating, and both having their own television as well. This great for the bigger groups, and if the kids want to stream a movie in one living room, and the parents want catch up on what the score is at the basketball game in the other living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with both a normal coffee maker, a Keurig, a hot water kettle, a spice rack, plenty of pots, pans, silverware, and much more. The dining table seats 6 comfortably, but then there is also a high table with two seats, and plenty of additional seating in the 2nd living room which blends well with the kitchen. Walking into the primary suite, you will find an oversized room with a king bed, smart TV, and a private bathroom that has just been completely updated. You also have direct access to the backyard with your sliding door which boosts plenty of natural light. Next door in bedroom 2, you will find the bunk bed room, which includes 2 bunk beds ( 4 beds total) of which the bottom beds are double beds, and the top beds are twin beds. Important to note, there is a weight limit of 100 lbs on the top beds. There is also a work station with a desk for you to use if you need to catch up on any work emails. On the other wing of the house, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Entering into bedroom 3 or the "En suite bedroom", you will find that there are two king size beds, a smart TV, private updated bathroom with shower, and direct access to the backyard as well. Bedrooms 4 & 5 both have a queen bed in each of them, and there is a full third bathroom in the hallway, so all the guests can use this bathroom at their own leisure. The resort style backyard features a covered patio with plenty of seating, an exterior dining table, another mounted TV, a mural wall perfect for group pictures. Then make your way to the exterior pool table, ping pong table, custom putting green, corn holes, or relax in one of the many lounge chairs by your private heated pool. A mister system is installed along the entire patio to keep your group cool while you are enjoying the Scottsdale summer. Do not forget to fire up the propane grill and cook up some steaks while enjoying the perfect Scottsdale weather. Parking for groups with more than 2 vehicles- Extra cars can park in the side yard. The gate is not locked to accommodate this. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and backyard during their stay. Other things to note Backyard comes equipped with pool floaties, lounge chairs, corn holes, TV, pool table, ping pong table, and much more. No diving is allowed in the pool and no glass is allowed in the pool either***. Pets are not allowed at the property. Guests will be fined $500 if pets are brought illegally to the property. Please respect all quiet hours of past 10 pm daily. No Smoking anything, anywhere inside the home and stay more than 15 feet from doors and windows. There will be a $500 fine if any smoking occurs inside the house. POOL RULE: Do not remove the pool cleaner hose from the pool. Doing so will result in a $250 fine for damages All guests understand that No lifeguards will be on duty. Pool heat is INCLUDED during your stay the months of November- April, the maximum temperature the electric pool heater obtains is 85 degrees, so all guests acknowledge this. The maximum occupancy for this property is not to exceed a family size of six adults and their related dependent children.
