It's a large, cozy space where you can comfortably enjoy your time, complete with air conditioning to maintain the perfect temperature. The kitchen is bright, with large windows that fully open, and it's open to the dining area, allowing for conversation while cooking. Next to it you'll find the master bedroom with a large bed and television, and an additional generously sized bedroom with two single beds. Both bedrooms have windows providing plenty of light and privacy, and each has independent air conditioning if needed. The apartment has two fantastic bathrooms. Guest access **ENTRY AND EXIT:** Entry is autonomous, you can arrive any time after 2:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival. Departure time 10:00 on the day of departure. **PRACTICAL TIPS:** There is free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. There are two televisions, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom with a 55" screen connected to a Chromecast. All appliances and kitchen utensils necessary for a pleasant stay are provided. Hot water is supplied by two electric heaters. The air conditioning (for cooling and heating) is also connected. The microwave is in the water heater cabinet. The washing machine is easy to use and the refrigerator/freezer is operational. The cooktop is ceramic and requires a pot or frying pan on top to activate for safety, with pots and pans located in the drawer below the oven. A kettle, toaster and coffee maker are also available. An iron and ironing board is provided, as well as a hairdryer. Please refrain from smoking inside the apartment to avoid activating the smoke detector. The water is drinkable. The apartment has bed linen, bath and beach towels, and access to the community pool. Parking is free and there are trash cans nearby. There is night lighting on the street leading to the apartment. **SHOPING:** Less than 1 km away, there are four supermarkets: Lidl, Mercadona, Supeco and Aldi. Puerto Banús, with its glamour, is 8 km away and offers El Corte Inglés and numerous luxury shops and restaurants. La Cañada Shopping Center is 13 km away, offering a variety of shops, restaurants and cinemas. Estepona is 8 km away and Marbella 12 km, both offer a wide range of services. The Aldi supermarket is 2 km towards Marbella, and the Carrefour hypermarket is 8 km towards Estepona. There are several restaurants, a hospital, a taxi rank, a gas station and small luxury shops near the apartment, as well as Laguna Beach near the Kempiski Hotel, 6 km in the direction of Estepona. **GOLF:** The closest golf courses are Flamingos, El Paraíso, Atalaya and Guadalmina. **TENIS** There is a Tennis Club/School 300 meters away **BEACHES:** Extensive and quiet beaches 300 meters away.
