Inside the villa, a large living room equipped with a Smart TV and a modern fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace and pool will delight you. You will also find 3 bedrooms with their private bathroom. Bedroom 1: Master suite with king size bed and bathroom with bathtub Bedroom 2: king size bed and bathroom. Guest access The villa is surrounded by high private walls that guarantee complete privacy. It's not shared with other hosts. The villa has a covered parking space. Other things to note Included in your stay: Towels, pool towels and bed linen are provided. Housekeeping and linen policy: In order to keep the villa clean and comfortable, we follow a specific cleaning program: The first cleaning is done after 4 nights, with a change of towels. After 3 additional nights (the 7th night), a second cleaning is carried out, with a change of towels and linen. Additional housekeeping services (with change of towels or linen) are available upon request, but are not included in the price and depend on our availability. Please let us know in advance to arrange one. For your comfort, the villa is also treated against pests every 3 months. Not included: Electricity is charged at 6 THB per unit (kWh). A photo of the official meter will be taken at check-in and check-out. The difference will be multiplied by 6 THB. Additional services such as tours, car and motorcycle rentals or taxis are available upon request for an additional fee.
