The space WARANEROSA mountain retreats, an outdoor enthusiast oasis. The Fun house is located at the heart of 80 acre Waranerosa Bike Park,adjacent to the main lodge approximately 100 yards away. Upon entry the Fun house features a large game room including pool table, bar, and arcade video games with 1/2 bathroom with washer/dryer. The living room has a large sectional couch with DVD, TV access and nintendo gaming. The second room includes full kitchen, full bath with shower/tub, cal king bed and set of bunkbeds with full on bottom and single on top. Outdoor back patio includes BBQ and 4 person dining including 2 person custom redwood hot tub and mini deck.Pool area includes “shared”pool. Sofa, seating, lounge, chairs, corn hole, and 1500 square-foot deck overlooking vineyard. shared pool, meaning, shared with the main lodge, and one additional cabin on the property. Tours: Ebike tours are hosted daily. Exclusive ebike tours include professional guided tours throughout WARANEROSA’s 20 miles of private groomed e mountain bike trails. Tours end with provided patio lunch at the lodge. (Please inquire) Guest access We are conveniently located 4 miles from downtown Murphys. Our Fun house is located on a remote setting off a 3 miles 1 lane road called Pennsylvania Gulch. We have gate access which will be provided once property is booked, guest parking is marked and available in front of house. Other things to note Ev charger is located a Quarter-mile away at shop. App must be used and additional electricity charges will apply to guests
