The balcony is also wonderfully protected from the wind and offers a beautiful view of the nighttime skies as well as having exceptional privacy. This is a luxury condo that is tastefully decorated with pride of ownership seen throughout. Travertine marble bathrooms, granite countertops, Alder wood doors, cabinets & trim and super high ceilings including a brick Cupola feature — as well as a new smart, 60 inch television with HBO, Showtime, Cinemax and PlutoTV in the Living Room — are just some of this condo’s amenities. This condo is literally one of the closest condos to the beach in the entire complex (it is 100 foot steps as the crow flies to sand and 200 footsteps when taking the garden path). It is a gated and guarded resort. Your stay with us also includes our guest amenities like a built-in reverse osmosis water filtration system (no having to bring or buy water here!) on a separate tap at the sink, a blender, a 12-cup coffee machine with a 3 1/4” filter for the first morning’s coffee, hand soap, pods for the dishwasher and for the washing machine, etc.; we want you to have an amazing stay and will work to see that you do!
