The space This apartment, located on the third floor, offers comfortable sleeping options, including 2 bedrooms with double beds and a pull-out sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker to start the morning perfectly. The apartment has a modern bathroom with all the necessary amenities, and in the living room an electric fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere. Guest access To enter the building, simply use the main entrance. Check-in and check-out are possible at any time thanks to our manual code system. Please note our check-in time (from 3:00 PM) and check-out time (by 11:00 AM). Further details about this system will be provided after your booking. Other things to note Almost the entire city is now a declared short-term paid parking zone (Kurzparkzone), which means the following rules apply Monday to Friday (excepting on public holidays) from 9am to 10pm when parking on a public road: - You can only park for a maximum of two hours - You need to pay a street parking fee (via the app HANDYPARKEN or with parking tickets which you can buy at „Trafik“ shops) Therefore we suggest to park inside a garage on a daily basis during the week - which is easier and cheaper. There’s one near the apartment called „Parkhouse Quellenstrasse“ (at WILCZEKGASSE 6) - it’s a two minute drive from our building.
