Enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding countryside of mountains, fields and woodlands in this old, snug and cosy former mobile home which has external insulation all around. Situated on Fairy Fort Farm, guests have free access to the farm and all it's animals, Walks, Streams, Small Waterfall, Tree House, FairyFort, etc. Please note, the bunk beds are more suited to small children than fully grown adults. The space We like to preserve nature and do our bit to help biodiversity. We don't use any chemicals or sprays on the land and allow patches of ground to grow as they like, making it a haven for wildlife. If the beautiful sound of birdsong annoys you, maybe you should look elsewhere. Likewise, if you are seeking acres of manicured gardens, then this is not the place for you. If you want to enjoy nature at its finest, with glorious hedgerows harbouring multitudes of life and natural meadows with mixed grasses and wildflowers providing sustenance to pollinators, then you are most welcome to share this special place for your visit. Guests sometimes come, planning to use it as a base to travel around but more often than not are happy to just enjoy the peace and tranquility of the countryside and explore the walks around the farm. That's not to say however that you shouldn't venture further afield. We are blessed to be located in a central location in Co. Tipperary and indeed Ireland also. There are plenty of wonderful castles, heritage sites and scenic locations all within a short drive from the farm. For going out there are some amazing restaurants and great pubs with live music. If you are here on a Thursday night you might get the chance to visit the legendary traditional Irish music session pub 'Jim o' The Mills' which only opens on a Thursday night!
