1 BR in 3 BR Condo/Apartment (2)

The room is available for rent for a minimum period of 21 days but preferably for a month or more. It is provided furnished. You might be sharing the condo with me, or another person, but most of the time we are away on business. The space The Condo is located in an upscale community near the Festival Mall in Bel Air, 10 min drive to Edgewood, 25 min to Aberdeen PG, 5 min to the Chesapeake Medical Center, 15 min to White Marsh and 25 min to Baltimore. There is a library within 20 min walk. During your stay I or my representative will be available to support your stay. The guest will have access to common areas within the condo, such as kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and breakfast room. Please be considerate of others, leave the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room clean after each use, it will foster a nice comfortable environment. Coordinate with other guests to vacuum the common areas at least once every two weeks. There is no cleaning fees so all guests maintain the space clean and on the day of check out the room must be left clean as it was during check in.
