Majestic River Gardens

Welcome to The Majestic River Garden. This charming cottage was built in 1945 before this era of cookie cuter homes where every house in the neighborhood looks the same. The home is at one of Floridas highest elevation points sitting 40ft above sea level which gives you an incredible view of the Indian River. If you look over the neighboring roofline you can spot NASA's VAB building. The home has original charm however does boast modern updated ceramic wood floor and a modern updated kitchen. The space The house is situated in a lovely, quiet, prominent neighborhood where you will enjoy scenic morning or afternoon walks among majestic trees and an Indian River View. Indian River Drive stretches 6 miles along Cocoa's Indian River and another 7 miles though Rockledge Drive which is the perfect place for cyclist and runners. Every years this is the location for the Space Coast Marathon. All of the homes in this neighborhood have it's own individual style and charm as this is an old area with a feel like no other. It's definitely not like today's typical "Cookie Cutter" neighborhood.
