Exquisite beach studio at Playa Blanca resort

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please read the DISCLAIMER at the end of this section. We will accept a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children at all times in the studio. Children discounts available when pre-arranged. We are offering you to enjoy our large and comfortable studio at the exclusive Town Center Hotel & Residences located at the popular Playa Blanca Resort, on the Pacific coast of Panama. The resort is located only 5 km away from the Rio Hato international airport. The space Our professionally decorated studio is bright, airy and very comfortable. It is appointed with top quality furniture and everything you need to feel at home at the beach. The studio is located on the first floor and can be accessed from an elevator. The large balcony offer incredible sunset views that will guarantee you memorable apéro moments. For stays of three nights and more, we offer you access to the private Owners Beach Club of the Costa Blanca Resort, located in nearby Farallón. Guest access Our guests have access to the PUBLIC section of the lagoon/pool, which includes the "toboggan" section and the pool-side restaurant a little further. Unfortunately, the private Owners' section of the pool is out of bound to our guests. Guests must bring their own beach towels when staying at the studio. The towels provided are to be used inside the studio only. Guests are allowed to park their cars for free all around the area of the Town Center. You will need to provide us copies of your IDs so we could register you with the security department of the Playa Blanca Resort. Other things to note PLEASE READ THIS IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: MOVING AROUND: Please note that you will likely need to rent a car or use taxis to move around or go eat at the many restaurants in the area. The restaurant offering in the resort of Playa Blanca is constantly changing and we cannot guarantee any are operating daily. OUTAGES: Utilities service interruptions are uncommon but can occur. Most are very short, but some may last longer. We can’t provide refunds or accept liability for interruptions beyond our control (like electricity, Internet, water, or hot water). However, if an outage persists for more than 8 hours, you’ll be presented with two options: you can either relocate to a different accommodation at your own cost, or remain in the studio, agreeing that we won’t provide refunds or accept liability for uncontrollable interruptions. If you choose to leave before 2:00 pm, we’ll gladly refund you the remaining portion of your stay. AIR CONDITIONING: We care about the environment and the high cost of running air conditioners. Please comply with our house rule: You must turn off the air conditioner when you leave the studio. We can, and likely will, turn it off if we find it left running when no occupants are present. FURNITURE: Sadly, some irresponsible guests have sat on the living area couch while covered in suntanning oil in the past. We ask that you either shower off suntanning lotion or use a towel before sitting on the couch. If the couch is stained upon your departure you will have no choice but to ask you to pay for professional cleaning. We appreciate your understanding and collaboration. Thank you.
