The Space: Newly remodeled, cozy, beautiful, and bright daylight basement suite in an elegant Laurelhurst historic James Dougan home, built in 1922. You'll enjoy an incredibly comfortable queen bed + a convenient convertible sleeper sofa. Reliable high-speed Wifi and top streaming channels are included. The kitchenette is well stocked with everything needed to whip up a simple meal. The kitchenette is shared with another suite across the hall, unless you've booked both suites. The space 10 mins to Downtown. 15 mins to the Airport. We are Superhosts with Airbnb and take great pride in providing a safe, comfortable, friendly, clean, and pleasant experience to all our guests.
