In Praia do Garcia, a quiet, simple, little-known residential area of Floripa, with a small and bucolic sheltered beach - between Praia da Tapera, a traditional fishing community and the gastronomic route of Ribeirão da Ilha. Distances by car (recommended): 11 min to the airport 10 min to Ribeirão 22 min Downtown 20 min to Campeche Beach The space Pitangueira (tinyhousesdailha) is a simple, single-story micro-house designed to accommodate 1 person or a couple. It has an internal area of 15 m2, plus a nice balcony with an immersion bathtub, hammock and sun lounger, to rest and contemplate the view and nature... Inserted in a nice garden, surrounded by vegetation, and next to our house. A parking space for one car, and exclusive guest access gate. In the interior space, a comfortable bathroom and a cozy integrated environment. From the high bed, guests can already contemplate the view upon waking, the space under the bed was designed to accommodate luggage and other belongings. Next to it, a workbench with outlets; smart TV with Netflix, a compact kitchen with cooktop, electric oven, refrigerator, sink, dishes and utensils; a table and two comfortable chairs. Pitangueira was made entirely of reforested wood, with ecological tiles, and thermal insulation. Our air conditioner is environmentally friendly and does not emit gases that damage the atmosphere. As there is no sewage treatment network in Floripa, we installed a biodigester, so all our effluents are treated in this ecological mini-treatment station, and the water is reused to irrigate our land, which contains 24 different types of fruit trees, which bring different birds to enchant us daily. Guest access Guests have access to the tiny house, the terrace next door, the access area, and a private parking space. Access to the garden and other areas of the property demarcated by fences, stakes or cords is prohibited. Other things to note - on weekends we offer extended stays, with check-out on Sundays until 7 p.m.; - it is good to know that we are in a residential neighborhood, simple and without tourist infrastructure; - our region is best enjoyed by those who come by car, due to the distances, geography and particularities of the island's urban mobility; - our location is extremely quiet and peaceful, but it is important to know that in front of the access gate there is an Umbanda center, where sessions with music take place on Monday nights, usually until 11 p.m., and occasionally festivities on Fridays or Saturdays; - we have a polite and quiet cat, who does not enter the tiny house; - no extra guests, visitors, or parties are allowed; - at the direction of the fire department, the use of candles, pots, lamps and other resources with fire is not allowed, as the house is all wooden and there is a risk of fire.
