Loft on Pearl

The century-old former storefront, the J. O. Endris jewelry store is now home to a spacious and stylish loft on the upper floors with plenty of natural light, open space in the heart of historic downtown New Albany, Indiana. New Albany has seen a recent revitalization and is just 5-10 minutes from downtown Louisville but with a unique charm all its own. Owners own neighboring Airbnbs as well (Loft on Market and The Wine House) for those interest in additional space. The space Quiet and spacious, our loft would be perfect for long or short term visitors or someone working in the area for an extended period of time. The loft has three bedrooms on the second floor as well as additional three twin beds in the open loft on the 3rd floor. 3rd floor has additional living space and a poker table with large sliding doors to the rooftop. Outdoor rooftop patio is great for relaxing with a view of the city. Booking includes two bikes located in the garage for you to enjoy the city and greenway. BYOH (Bring your own helmet!) Guest access The entire 3000 sq. feet two story loft apartment are yours to enjoy as well as a third floor rooftop deck and patio with views of the neighborhood. Other things to note Visitors will need to be able to use stairs as this is a century-year-old building with no elevator. The Loft is located on the second and third floors. There is a garage available for one car if needed. Additional parking available within in the block for multiple cars.
