Charming and quiet apartment with private entrance

Our clean comfortable home is situated in the east valley. Close to restaurants, freeway and shopping. A king bed and double hide-a-bed in living room to accommodate 3 people. Microwave, mini-fridge, coffee pot in the suite. There is no access to a full kitchen. Per Airbnb’s policy, we want you to know we have a camera with exterior video surveillance. No animals. No tobacco or vaping allowed on the property. Only registered guest allowed on property. Not appropriate for kids The space You will enjoy a sanitized and disinfected private and newly remodeled suite with no access from the rest of the house. It's the best of both worlds since we are on site if you need anything, but configured to give you complete privacy. This space does not include access to a full kitchen. There’s a microwave, refrigerator and coffee pot in your suite. We do not provide any eating utensils or plates. This is a mini kitchen and is not designed for cooking or eating meals. The suite is attached to our residence and sound will carry through the common ductwork as well as the walls separating the two units. Because of this, we have quiet time between 9:30pm and 6:30. We respect your need to privacy and a good rest and request the same from you. This space not appropriate for small children or babies. This is our personal home. Only registered guest(s) on the property, no visits or sleepovers, no hookups. No tobacco products, smoking or vaping allowed on the property. No animals allowed. Not appropriate for children. There is a Ring video and audio doorbell at the Airbnb entrance and there is a security camera over the garage which is pointed over the driveway. These cameras are are solely for safety and security of our property. There is one TV in the bedroom.
