My place is close to public transport and the city center. You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood. All inclusive except electricity bill. It will be a shared cost. Flat share. Other things to note Please note, when you move in, you will need to pay for Hong Kong stamp duty tax which is less than HK$60 and key deposit Refundable HK$500, a flatshare agreement will be signed too. 100 fee for cleaning Electricity is extra, will be shared among pro-rate by all flatmates.
