Our Guest Cottage is a Beautiful Farm house decor. Nestled at the base of the Sierra's and Lake Tahoe, you will find yourself at the heart of NV history. Located mins. from all NV has to offer from fine dining to outdoor activities. Ski, hike, explore, hit the NV nightlife, soak in the spa's at Walley's Hot Springs a mile down the road. At the end of the day, sit on the front porch and gaze over the valley and ponder what Mark Twain and so many settlers thought as they passed by this location. The space This is not a shared rental. You will be the only guests occupying our cottage. However, the base nightly rental price is for 2 guests only. If there are more than 2 guests there is an additional fee per guest. Guest access Guests have access to the Cottage and the small front and back yard attached to the cottage. The remainder of the ranch is private property, please do not disturb owners, neighbors or any of the animals.
