We would love to have you stay! There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The space Surround yourself in modern luxury at our beautiful three bedroom, three bath vacation house in Lido Shores, just south of Mote Aquarium and north of St. Armand's Circle. Updated appliances, spacious accommodations, unique styled pool and beautiful Florida scenery make our home a wonderful location for your next visit to Sarasota. Mix up some margaritas and relax by the pool or take a short walk to our private beach! We are located just a short walk from St. Armand's Circle and a shorter walk to the beach. You are never far from upscale shopping, dining, lively entertainment and all that downtown Sarasota has to offer! -Pool (Heated by heat pump upon request*. No spa/jacuzzi.) -Private Beach Access *Heating the pool requires an additional fee. If you would like the pool heated for your stay, please enquire at least one week prior to check-in. Guests are given contact information for owner and property manager. We ask that you call us with any problems or questions during your stay. We are happy to help you get everything sorted! The pool can be heated upon guest's request. We do not have a spa/jacuzzi. Please inquire for more details! Other things to note House Notes: -Our home is located 3 blocks from a private beach access. We provide "clickers" to our guests for this access. We are not located on the beach, just very close by! -While our home is great for families, we are not equipped to handle tiny babies as we have polished concrete floors and glass table tops -- not to mention the pool!
