There are two spacious Master suites on the second floor and a third bedroom with it's own wing. The landscaping is french-style with roses and manicured hedges. Fully fenced/gated property for a private and serene setting. Lavish outdoor entertaining space with wisteria covered trellises that overlook the gardens and pool/spa. The charming 1 bedroom guesthouse is vaulted beam-style with a cozy fireplace, small kitchenette and one bedroom/bath. MAIN HOUSE Two story 5,000 sqft house with 3 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, plus extra sleep-ready "study/library" room. Can sleep 9-11 guests in beds comfortably. Room 1 – Upstairs, Master Suite king bed, mountain and orchard views, shared en-suite bathroom (Sleeps 2) Room 2 – Upstairs, Master Suite king bed, twin daybed, mountain and orchard views, shared en-suite bathroom (Sleeps 3) Room 3 – Upstairs, two queen beds, en-suite bathroom, private “wing” of home (Sleeps 4) Room 4 – Downstairs in the “Study”, queen sized pull out/hide-a-bed, half bath, views of mountains (Sleeps 2) GUEST HOUSE Room 1 – King bed, full bath, queen sized pull out/hide-a-bed and twin daybed in living room, views of orchard and mountains. In the hot summer months the temperature is perfect without heating (around 75-85 degrees), but the off-season the pool is chilly. Pool heating is $100 per day extra. Pool will be heated to 85 degrees when heated. Requires 24hrs notice if you want to have the pool heated during your stay. A private keypad door code will be provided before your arrival. Guests will have access to the swimming pool, spa, free range to wander the entire property and thru the orange orchard, and use of the BBQ The property manager Stacy, lives nearby and is available by phone, text or email. My goal is to make your stay at Casa Grande a unique, rewarding and relaxing one! I am available to check in guests and give a tour of the estate and all the amenities. For an additional fee we can also set up a private chef, catering, horseback riding, massage therapist or couples massage, bicycle rentals, energy healing session, private trail hiking guide, yoga instructor & guided meditation, vibrational gong bath, pilates instructor, babysitting services, and maid service available upon request at an additional cost. Also available for personal shopper for groceries and misc errands. We will do our best to meet any need you may have - please don't hesitate to ask! Casa Grande is located in the east end, just 3 short miles from downtown Ojai. The east end of Ojai is peaceful and beautiful, citrus and avocado orchards everywhere you look! -Pool Service comes every Tuesday (late morning) & Landscapers come every Wednesday. -The estate only has two TVs, one in the family room and one in the guesthouse living room. There are 10 popular channels on the family room TV and no cable in the guesthouse. The main house has an Apple TV and the guesthouse TV is a Smart TV, so you can utilize your own Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime or Hulu accounts.
