Wonderful lake house! Clean sheets and beds are made!Kitchen is fully stocked with blender, gas grill, coffee pot, & dishwasher. Sleeping areas- 2 bedrooms on main level-each has a double bed, a loft w/double mattress(wooden ladder), downstairs a bedroom with bunk bed set and a futon. Excellent walk out swim area or jump off the dock with swim up ladder. Included firewood, use of kayaks. Great fishing. Come make great family vacation memories! SUNY Cortland is 8 and SU is 17 miles away. The space House is best suited for 4 adults- 4 children. Beautifully landscaped and a sloped walkway brings you to the water. Beautiful views all around. Whether on the front porch, back deck or dock, the hills of central NY are gorgeous and the water temperatures are perfect throughout the whole summer. Swimming area is free of weeds. Loft above the living is accessible by a wooden ladder. not recommended for elderly people. Bunkbeds and the futon are located below grade, bunkbeds are for small adults or children. Guest access You have full access to the large deck, fire pit and yard. The Kayaks as well as the firewood! We live next door but the dock is all yours as well as your own fire pit area... (although we've been know to eat a sa-more or two.) You also have access to high speed internet and a small desk with USB ports to do any mobile business. The TV is a smart TV that you can access your hulu or Youtube accounts. There are many free programming available but we do not provide specific content. Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 4 are located in lower level of house in basement. Other things to note We do have life jackets in the large deck box on the dock but you will want to have water shoes and life jackets for the children as we may not have the proper size. You may use the kayaks at your own risk.
