Terraced house, located in a strategic location. 13 minutes from San Vito's beach by foot (1100). 6 minutes from the Macari's beach by car. 20 minutes from the nature reserve "Zingaro". You can park the car on the street close to the home, we will give you the parking pass that shall be exposed on the dashboard! The space The house consist of two wide terrace for relaxing outside. Outside you can have lunch or dinner and you can have a pleasant shower. On the terrace you can find also a washbasin and some little flowerbed. Inside there is a large kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom with one double bed, a bedroom with one bunk bed, and the living room with the sofa bed. The bedroom with bunk bed, the bathroom and the corridor have a roof window. The home is custom-made for 4 guests, but also 6 guests can sleep there (in that case two guests shall sleep on the sofa bed). Guest access Inside the house there is a service room for linen and spare parts, where access is denied. The whole house is available for the guests with the exception of this little service room. Other things to note The home can host max. 6 guests: - 2 in the bedroom with double bed - 2 in the bedroom with bunk bed - 2 in the living room, on the sofa bed 1 (one) small bed for newborn (60x120 cm) is available on request.
