Other things to note My townhome has two separate rental units, and this is the 1 bedroom unit. This unit has its own street access and is completely separate from my other unit. However, this unit shares walls with the other rental unit and you may occasional hear footsteps and murmurs from the other unit. I do my best to minimize the noise between the two units. White noise machines are also provided. This unit is meant for quiet guests only who are looking for a nice place to stay in the Little Italy area and is a great substitute to staying at a hotel. The unit currently does not come with any parking, but there is a decent amount of available parking in the neighborhood, especially alongside the I-5 freeway. There is no kitchen in this loft unit. However, there is a mini fridge and microwave. The accommodations are similar to what you might find in a hotel except the living room and bedroom are separate areas and it is more spacious than a standard hotel room.
