We are only 8-10 minutes from Dayton International Airport, 3 minutes from I-70 and 3 minutes from Miami Valley Hospital north campus, for any nurses that need a quiet place to relax and long term stays are available. There are many of great restaurants with in a short drive and grocery shopping less than 2 miles away. High speed business internet is also provided for remote work. The space The house is a 3 bedroom 1 bath home with a king, queen and full memory bed. Great Parking... up to six cars can park in the driveway. This is a perfect place to book if you know you are hauling something. Like horses or a trailer. There are dressers, nightstands, lamps and TV’s in every bedroom. It includes a jet tub to help relieve that jet lag or just to sooth after a long days work. There is a patio with a table and chairs with plenty of birds to watch if nature helps calm you. Our home is very quiet on the inside which helps make it very enjoyable to arrive and get settled in. Guest access Guests have access to the bathroom, living room, dinning room, laundry ,patio, fenced in back yard and driveway. Other things to note You just found your home away from home.
