La Catalina Villa is located in Fioliti area, at the heart of Zakynthos, enabling you to explore all the sightseeing options of the island from an equal distance. Whether you prefer to relax on our pool or explore the island from a perfect starting point, our villa is an ideal option. The space La Catalina Villa is consisted of two independent levels. The ground floor of the building has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious kitchen - living room area. It can accommodate up to 9 guests: 1st bedroom: 1 queen bed (1,60m width) (for 2 guests) 2nd bedroom: 1 queen bed (1,60m width) (for 2 guests) 3rd bedroom: 1 double bed (1,50m width) (for 2 guests) Living room: 1 double sofa bed (1,40x2,20) (for 2 guests) An extra folding guest bed could be put on this level in order to accommodate a 9th guest. The first floor of the building has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 WC and a spacious kitchen - living room area. It can accommodate up to 11 guests: 1st bedroom: 1 queen bed (1,60m width) (for 2 guests) 2nd bedroom: 1 queen bed (1,60m width) (for 2 guests) 3rd bedroom: 1 queen bed (1,60m width) (for 2 guests) 3rd bedroom: 1 double bed (1,50m width) (for 2 guests) Living room: 2 single sofas (1,30x1,90 and 0,75x1,80) (for 2 guests) An extra folding guest bed could be put on this level in order to accommodate a 11th guest. In total, up to 20 guests could be accommodated in both levels of the building (9 on the ground floor and 11 on the first floor). The whole villa is equipped with: • Private Pool • High-speed Wi-fi internet (100mbps) • Air-conditioning on all areas • Fly screens on all windows/doors • Smart TV with Netflix (55" on the ground floor level, 65" on the first floor) • Satellite TV • Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, hob, cooking utensils) - (two kitchens, one on each floor) • Kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster, microwave oven • Washing machine (one on each level) • Dishwasher (one on each level) • Fully equipped brick BBQ • Fresh bed linen and towels (Bath & Pool towels) • Baby Cot (upon request) There is an ample outdoor garden & swimming pool with plenty of space for kids to play (the whole complex is fenced) and outdoor seating areas & sunbeds. There is covered parking for three cars and plenty of space for more cars outside. Basic cleaning will be provided every 3/4 days (including changing the bed sheets and bath towels). *Pool Heating Policy: - There is an extra charge of 50€ per day if you would like to have the pool heated (it's only heated upon request). - The pool can be heated April-June and September-November. - The pool needs approx. 1-2 days to reach the desired temperature so if you would like it to be already heated when you arrive please make sure to inform us at least two days before your arrival. - The pool should be heated for a minimum of 5 days per time. Guest access The whole villa and the outside area (pool, outdoor dining areas, garden and BBQ) are all for your exclusive and private use.
