Welcome to your home away from home! A spacious and bright room where you can unwind in your living space with a 32" Roku TV. If working remotely, you can stay productive with fast WiFi & a dedicated work area. Pets are welcome! Please provide a brief description upon booking. Pets are expected to be kept in the room or otherwise on a leash. The space ~Smart TV connected via Roku from any device ~Coffee grinder, French press, tea kettle, spices, cutlery & dinnerware, cooking utensils are provided. ~Kitchen table equipped with USB ports that can be found on the side of the kitchen table. ~Iron, vacuum or extra towels/linens are available upon request. Guest access Street parking is generally free in the near vicinity of the building. Please be aware of street cleaning times noted with red text on every block. Do not park there during the times listed. During your stay I will not be available to meet you personally at the property however, I will be your main point of contract throughout your stay. I can be reached by WA for quick replies. My mother stays overnight most Friday nights in a 3rd room and is available to answer any of your questions/concerns especially if you are experiencing any issues reaching me or if there's an emergency. Other things to note NYC recycling rules are posted in the kitchen by the stove and recycling bin. Please be sure recycling items are free of food residue, otherwise throw in the trash. Plastic film, tissues and other non-recyclables belong in the trash. Laundry is in the basement of the building and is only accessible by elevator. The super of the building closes access to the basement as early as 7pm. Please be aware of this if you leave laundry downstairs unattended. You may use the laundry card provided to you for the duration of your stay by loading it up by the laundry machines using your debit/credit card. $2/wash ($0.25 super wash) and $2/30 min drying time (+$0.25 for additional 5 minutes). I recommend waiting for the pre-wash cycle to end before adding detergent to the laundry machine.
