Mod & Main is a newly-restored bungalow, featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a spacious open-concept living space, maxed out in mid-century charm. The perfect home base for your next vacation, you'll be minutes from shopping and dining on Historic Route 66 in Sapulpa and just a 25 minute drive to downtown Tulsa. The space Filled with natural light and midcentury architectural details, this home is as charming as it is comfortable! Original hardwood floors, windows, and cabinets are just a few of the details that make this space so unique, and at just over 2,000 square feet, there's more than enough room for the whole family. The sleek, minimalist style is accentuated with colorful furniture, decor, and original artwork from Oklahoma artists & former students of the Oklahoma Summer Arts Institute at Quartz Mountain. The main living space features a cozy seating nook anchored by the adorable mock fireplace, stacked with books to peruse! The large dining table can comfortably seat 6 for family meals, or gather together to enjoy one of the puzzles & board games in the entertainment hutch. Connect the smart tv to your favorite streaming accounts, and enjoy your music on the bluetooth speaker. Not sure what's for dinner? Flip through one of the vintage cookbooks in the kitchen for inspiration! Fully stocked with standard pots, pans, utensils, and dishes, the kitchen is also equipped with a full-size refrigerator, oven, gas stove, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, microwave, and toaster. Each of the 3 bedrooms is furnished with a king-size bed and a smart tv. Bedrooms 1 & 2 are located on the front of the house, while bedroom 3 overlooks the backyard. The entrance to bedroom 1 is off of the living room, while the entrances to bedrooms 2 & 3 are in the main hallway, along with the first bathroom, which features an oversized rain shower head. The second full bathroom also features a walk-in shower and is located in a small hallway just off the kitchen. Situated on Main Street, there will be plenty of sights & sounds to take in from the large, covered front porch. Or for a quieter experience, relax around the backyard fire pit under the shade of mature trees. Steps from several restaurants and stores & a short drive to pretty much anywhere in town, you will not find a more central or convenient location! Make the 4-minute drive to historic downtown Sapulpa for the best coffee shop in town (plus other local shopping and dining options!), or drive 25 minutes to explore all the sites Tulsa has to offer. Because of it is location on a main thoroughfare through town, you can expect the sights and sounds of "big city" life, like steady vehicle traffic & emergency vehicle sirens. (There is a full size box fan in all 3 bedrooms to provide white noise for light sleepers!) Reminders: no pets, no unapproved events, and no additional/undisclosed guests!
