The private studio is the second part of a duplex, located near an old railroad (no longer in service) that has been converted into bicycle/walking trails connecting the parks & Downtown. Parking inside the property. Near I-8 highway 14 min. To MCAS 3 miles from YRMC hospital. 1 small pet( dogs only) under 40 lbs allowed (pet fee applies) Please NO CATS Older neighborhood close to Old Yuma Downtown, Historic Yuma Prison, Colorado River & 2 minutes away. Walk to the West Wetlands Park. The space WELCOME TO SUNNY YUMA ARIZONA!!! When you stay at this cute studio you will have your own keyless and private entrance. 🌟The studio is by the old historic railroad, but it has been closed, so there is no train traffic at all, in fact it has been converted into a bicycle and walking trails that connect the West Wetlands park to other parks and Old downtown. Close to the Colorado River Centennial Beach and Gateway Park 🌟Enjoy the evenings or the mornings at the back patio with some string lights and your favorite drink. Sometimes you might hear some of the birds from the park next door. 🌟There is a step down when you are getting into the bedroom please watch your step In the bedroom you have a comfy King size bed, 🌟The full bathroom has good water pressure a tub and a shower, hairdryer, plenty of towels and full size shampoo and body wash. ~🌟Essential toiletries Unit has mini split Heating. & A/C cooling system. KITCHENETTE: ~ Electric induction top cooker. (No oven) Fridge, Microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, pots & pans, silverware, dishes, etc. We provide spices, teas, coffee pods, and more. 💛COZY LIVING ROOM... The front room is a cozy room, a dining combo with a loveseat. A desk for your work. The place is WI-FI ready. Washer and Dryer are shared with guests/tenants in the other apartment. 🌟 PARKING: Park inside the property just steps from your apt. :) Parking is limited to 1 car per booking/apartment. There is plenty of parking on the street for your visitors. ☀️West Wetlands Park ☀️ At the park, you can enjoy seeing all kinds of Ducks, geese, and other birds. You will find some of the locals fishing at the park's pond. The Colorado River is a few hundred yards away from the studio, an easy walk. Guest access This studio is dedicated to guests, very cozy and private. You have the backyard patio for your enjoyment. Laundry room is shared with the other guests from the B apt. Guests also have access to use the bicycles,(bikes are shared with the guests on apt. B) 1 parking space per booking/apartment, visitors can park on the street. Other things to note Please note: We allowed one small dog at this apartment, fee and rules apply. Please no cats. There is a long term tenant and has 2 cars he has been advised to not park on your space. We flood irrigate the lawn on Saturday morning you can park on the concrete on your designated spot.
