Both bedrooms have double beds. The space The apartment is our home and is for rent on selected dates. Allergies: Please note that when we are home, we share the apartment with our dog (who will also be away when you arrive), so there might be traces of hair on the furniture. Our warm 74 sqm flat is situated right in the heart of Reykjavík, just next to the two main shopping streets in Reykjavík. It´s in a 100 year old building with only 3 flats, our entrance being shared with one other flat. The area is very peaceful and quiet, even though it´s right in the city centre´s lively nightlife. Our flat consist of 2 bedrooms, a walk-through bathroom with a shower and a bath tub, a living room and a kitchen. To get to the master bedroom one has do go through the bathroom. The other bedroom is next to the living room. Both rooms have double beds. The flat has a lovely balcony, directed to the west (late afternoon/evening-sun), right over the garden in the back of our house. Northern lights can easily be seen from the balcony in the wintertime as well as from outside our house. The square just across the street from our house is a great viewpoint for the Northern lights. Wireless internet is included, but heavy downloading kindly forbidden (streaming is fine). The TV has Netflix, Plex and some other streaming sites. Guest access Whole apartment for rent.
