My Pacôme Conciergerie presents "La Canopée"! La Canopée is a bright and single-storey house, quiet and secluded, entirely facing the outside and its heated pool. It offers you an ideal setting: a large wooded garden, a large living room with its open kitchen, a spacious dining room, a master suite with direct access to the jacuzzi, a bedroom for children, a sleeping area with double bed and everything you need to accommodate a baby. The space Designed for the well-being of the whole family, the house is pleasant in summer and winter. Its central living room includes a space dedicated to children and a fully equipped open kitchen. The dining room opens onto a secondary terrace on the garden side... A master bedroom (queen size bed) with direct access to the jacuzzi and pool view. A children's room (3 single beds) that can accommodate up to 3 beds and all built-in storage. Finally, a relaxation area that turns into a partitioned night area for an additional double bed (bed linen for this double bed only on request). A laundry room is also available with washing machine and dryer. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Guest access No pets allowed in this accommodation. The house can accommodate a baby with complete peace of mind by providing you with: a travel crib with mattress and integrated changing table, a foldable bathtub, a Chicco brand stroller and a high chair. Games and early learning books as well as board games are also available. If you need additional equipment, we offer the rental of baby cots and high chairs, delivered and installed before your arrival: - Baby bed with mattress, mattress pad and sheets: €12 per night - High chair: €10 per night - Baby kit (bed + high chair): €19 per night To make the most of your stay, our room service offers a wide range of additional services: home massage, home chef service, wood kit, delivery of aperitif boards, wine tasting + aperitif board, car cleaning, bike rental and much more. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions before your stay. Upon arrival, the beds will be made and towels, bath mats and tea towels will be at your disposal. Bathrobes and slippers can also be provided upon request, for an extra charge. The fee also includes regular maintenance of the pool and jacuzzi, ready to use. Other things to note Check-in time is between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Before your stay, a deposit of €2,000 by bank imprint will be requested (without affecting the limit of your card), as well as a certificate of civil liability.
