The space Bloomington Villa is equipped with all the necessary comfort to let you enjoy a carefree luxury vacation. The villa has 5 bedrooms all equipped with comfortable box spring beds and air conditioning, 3 bathrooms en suite and 1 bathroom are shared between bedroom 4 and 5. The lovely swimming pool for a refreshing dip and the spacious porch has 4 person lounge bed, 2 sun loungers, lounge sofa and 10 person dining table 300x100cm to enjoy the sunset. The kitchen is fully equipped and include an American Refrigerator, district cooler, combi oven-microwave, dishwasher. In the living room hangs a size smarttv and is a sonos sound system for the necessary music and entertainment while cooking. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer and safe. The home is equipped with good WiFi connection. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is only allowed on the porch area. On Curacao it is useful to rent a car immediately upon arrival. Guest access The villa is rented exclusively to you. Other things to note The consumption of electricity and water is settled according to actual consumption. For electricity, $0.55 per Kwh is charged and water $10.00 per m3. Average consumption is about $40 per night. (60 KwH and 1m3) For stays longer than 7 nights, an intermediate cleaning fee of $200 will be charged. For the stay, 7% tourist tax will be charged on the total price of the nights. During the holiday period December 18 to January 3, it is only possible to book a stay of 10 nights. The stated nightly price is based on the use of 4 of the 5 bedrooms. The use of the 5th bedroom incurs an additional cost of $50 per room per night.
