Living in a peaceful and leafy neighbourhood with plenty of space for big and small? Rest and relaxation on the comfortable sofa or the patio after a long day? And yet centrally located with easy access to the city / to the Fair / to the highway? Our spacious house in a green and quiet suburb of Nuremberg is thanks to its convenient location very well suited for business trips as well as great holidays with sightseeing and excursions to the Franconian region. The space On the ground floor you can relax in the comfortable living room with access to the covered southwardly terrace. Next to the fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, cooker & oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster there is also a nice dining room at your disposal. There are also two bedrooms on the ground floor: bedroom 1 with a large double bed and plenty of storage space in cupboards and commodes as well as the cozy bedroom 2 with a single bed (100 x 200 cm). Furthermore bathroom 1 (with shower) is located on the ground floor. Two further bedrooms are located on the 1st floor of the house. Bedrooms 3 has 2 beds (100 x 200 cm) that can be placed as double bed or separately as twin beds. Bedroom 4 has a queen-size bed (140 x 200 cm). Both bedrooms are nice and bright and have wardrobes with enough storage space. Upstairs you will also find bathroom 2 (with tub) and a separate toilet. Coffee and tea, salt and sugar as well as vinegar and oil are provided in the kitchen. Complimentary Wi-Fi access is available. 1 crib can be provided on request. Access to washing machine is possible by prior arrangement. Guest access The house is for your exclusive use. You don’t have to share any of the rooms, but can enjoy your privacy. However certain areas of the house remain private and will therefore not be accessible for you. Other things to note The house is set back of the street in a quiet neighborhood on a large property with a beautiful yard. Free parking is available directly in front of our home. Various restaurants and grocery options (bakery, supermarket) are nearby.
