ATTENTION RIDERS: This is the place for you! Ride 500 ft to the trail! Portable AC unit in the living room only. The master bedroom has a window unit. The other bedrooms have regular fans. Wi-Fi has just been installed! Just 1 mile to Mio or 10 miles to MaDeeters! This is a wonderful 1350 square-foot home. It is located in a very nice little neighborhood just 1 mile from downtown Mio and the beautiful AuSable River. Perfect for snowmobiling, ATVs, off-road vehicles, and hunting! The space Guests have access to the entire 1350 square-foot home with the exception of the garage. The home is located in a nice neighborhood on a 3/4 of an acre lot. Just 200 foot from the snowmobile trail. The house is equipped with a washer and dryer, a cable to attach a dog run, a barbecue and, a bonfire pit, indoor, and outdoor basketball. Recently added children house style bunk, bed in back room. (no adults. 75 pounds or less only we are not responsible for accidents!). Guest access Entire house and lot except for garage. Access to the garage with permission granted by host. Musicians with experience playing the instrument will be approved. Other things to note Please be sure that the number of guests staying at this house matches the reservation! Four wheelers, UTVs, ATVs, snowmobiles etc. are all welcomed and encouraged. Please obey local laws and respect the neighbors. So, please-no tearing around the neighborhood. 200 feet from the snowmobile trail #968. ORV trail head is just down the road.
