You enter to a lakefront living room with two sitting areas, a kitchen, dining room, powder room, deck (with dining table and gas grill), and mudroom. The lower level has two lake facing bedrooms (one with two twins and one with a queen bed, desk, and a private entrance to patio/lake), a full bath (shower), and a laundry room. The upper level has two bedrooms (one with a king, and one with a queen, desk, peloton bike, and private balcony) which are adjoined by a full bathroom (shower and bathtub). Guests enjoy a private dock in deep water, which can easily accommodate an outboard motor boat and/or other watercraft. House is equipped with reliable, high-speed internet, air conditioning, and all new appliances (as of summer 2024). Guest access Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and all linens and basic amenities are provided. High-speed fiber internet -- perfect for meeting remote work needs. Also all new high quality kitchen appliances, air conditioning, and new furnishings throughout the house as of summer 2024. Prior to listing this home on Airbnb we reliably rented through local agencies and through direct rentals for 10+ summers and enjoyed favorable reviews with several repeat guests returning year after year to enjoy the perfect lake setting and comfortable home. It has a lakefront queen bed, full kitchen and back rooms with 3 bunk beds ideal for kids. There is a bathhouse with clawfoot tub, camp shower and toilet. If you are interested in the boat house and it is available for your requested dates, we can adjust pricing. While we at times use the boat house ourselves, we never rent out the boat house to separate renters while guests are staying in the Wiley Neck house. Boat house is for seasonal use only (late spring, summer, and early fall)
