All building and it's surroundings is under video surveillance by security company so the neighbourhood is really safe. Guest access Guest can access to everything they need in the apartment. There is no restricted areas. Other things to note NO PARTIES. No pets. Smoking inside is prohibited, only allowed in balcony. Quiet time by the local law is from 22:00 till 07:00.
