Cobblestone streets only for pedestrians during summer! 7 minutes away from Notre-Dame Basilica, only 2 subway stations away from Palais des Congrès (Convention Center), Parc Jean-Drapeau, Casino de Montreal,near Le Plateau, Mount-Royal, Montreal F1 Grand Prix, Osheaga... Located on the 4th and last floor of the building, very quiet, with an elevator. Small dogs are allowed, but they count as extra persons. If you're coming by car, secure indoor paid parking is available one block away (look for 330 Champ-de-Mars), about $20 per day. More paid parking is available nearby, just look up on Google bestparking.com. Whole loft with private bathroom, TV, internet, fridge, stove, Nespresso coffee, breakfast stuff and bottled water in the fridge, etc. Washer & dryer are free to use, located in the hall.
