The space The perfect setting for ultimate relaxation and memory-making, this family-friendly home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across 3 bedrooms on the main floor, and 2 bedrooms on the lower level. Each bedroom features black out blinds and cozy bedding for glorious sleep-ins or naps at any time of day. There is ample living space for people to spread out with plenty of seating, cozy places to read and catch forest views from every window. The living room features a cozy sofa by the wood-burning fireplace, board games and books for you to enjoy during your stay. A sunroom on the main floor is a light-filled space that offers vast views to the backyard and is a place for quiet reflection. The spacious kitchen is equipped with all of the utensils and appliances needed to create a delicious meal to share with family and friends. Coffee, tea, spices, and olive oils are provided with compliments. Seat your whole crew at the large harvest-style dining table just off the kitchen, beside the two-way wood burning fireplace and piano. The lower level features a wood burning stove, ping-pong table, and a kids playroom with chalkboard and plenty of toys. On those rainy or colder days, watch your favorite streaming app on the 58" TV. Our expansive deck features forest views, seating and dining tables, a hammock, a wood BBQ and smoker for cooking outdoor meals. Just off the deck is an outdoor firepit for cooler evenings or to gather around, count the stars and roast marshmallows with guests. The backyard is great for kids to run around, play and explore. There are two full bathrooms and a powder room on the main level and a full bathroom on the lower level. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire 40 acres property, however the garage, and some cabinets and closets are used to store the owners personal belongings. These are clearly labelled or locked.
