Come watch the loons, beavers, osprey, kingfishers, and more while relaxing at our family- and pet-friendly Lakeside Loon Lodge. Explore the 60+ acre lake by kayaks or paddle boat, or take a swim. Hike up the hill overlooking the lake. In winter, ice fish or XC ski on the lake, XC ski at the nearby Craftsbury Outdoor Center or downhill skiing within an hour's drive. VAST Trail access near the house. Enjoy the fire ring and grill. Kitchen is well equipped for your cooking needs. The space The master bedroom with king bed is on main floor off of the living room. The full kitchen opens into the living and dining space. Upstairs is a bathroom with shower and two twin beds. Downstairs is a bedroom with a queen bed, laundry room, and a second living room. Also available are two full-size futons. We have also had a solar system, back up battery and a level two EV charger installed on the property. We are attempting to go carbon neutral in the next few years. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to our lake-front property on peaceful Daniel's Pond. The downstairs garage, downstairs closet, and closet in the master bedroom are locked and not accessible to guests.
