This cozy cottage is nestled in the most desirable area of Manistee. Only 2 blocks from the beautiful downtown on River Street where you can find lovely restaurants, shops, and festivals, and less than a mile from the Lake Michigan beach! 3 night minimum for larger groups Check in after 2 Check out by 10 The space The house has been completely renovated. Every room has new paint in designer colors. The flooring is all new this season LVP. There are three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have queen size beds while the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full mattress on the bottom and a twin on the top. The bedrooms each have comfortable mattresses and new linens. There is one bathroom that has been completely updated. It has an elegant pedestal sink and stand up shower. There is a full kitchen for you to use during your stay with a full sized refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave. There are dishes, pots and pans for your use as well. There is also a washer and dryer for you to use during your stay. There is a window unit air conditioner although opening the windows create a nice cross breeze that normally is sufficient in this area of northern Michigan. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house as well as the backyard. Other things to note The house is professionally cleaned between visits. No need to strip beds.
