Lovely house near Kingston centre

Our house is Victorian 1870's with high ceilings, fireplaces, a mature secluded garden, garage and driveway. It is 250sqm, has 4 bedrooms with double beds. It is near the town centre (1 km) and the river Thames (0.5 Km). The train station at Surbiton is just a 15 minutes’ walk and it gets you to London Waterloo [Westminster] in 17min (direct). and also to some other villages in Surrey. The seaside is 45min. by car [Brighton], and there are many beautiful places to visit in and around Surrey. The space The house is (in our view) one of the outstanding properties on the street. It is very well located being within walking distance to the popular Kingston town centre (with its market and coffee places), to the river Thames and to the train station. Guest access We are aware that the house needs the windows sills to be painted. We have an extra room that we keep locked with our "things", as this is the house we live in ourselves! Other things to note When we say that the number of bathrooms is 2, this is because one bathroom/shower/toilet upstairs is en-suite to bedroom 1, there is a separate shower/toilet/sink upstairs and another toilet/sink downstairs. There is off-street parking for more than one car and room on our driveway for parking. This is our family home :). The cleaning fee covers a clean set of bed linen (on made beds) and towels. We ask that you leave the house as clean as you find it, as you would when staying at a friend's house. Even so, we find we need to use the services of a professional cleaner after each rental. If you do not wish to leave the house clean and tidy as you have found it, it would be appreciated if you would leave say £50 for the cleaner on the kitchen table, for the additional time they may need to spend on cleaning.
