(opposite the Moama Sports Grounds) Koala Cottage offers a 2 bedroom stand-alone self-contained unit with Split System AC, flat-screen TV, Wifi, Washer/Dryer, and private parking with enough space for a boat or second car. There is a shared resort-style pool, BBQ area, and tennis court to enjoy. Just minutes from Woolworths, the new Moama/Echuca bridge and Moama sports ground with a large adventure playground. The space Koala Cottage has two bedrooms and offers a queen bed in Master Bedroom and a double bed in the second bedroom. It has a renovated bathroom and offers and washing machine and dryer. The lounge area has a large leather couch with a chaise, flat-screen TV with Chromecast, and Wifi. The dining area seats 4 guests and has a full-functioning kitchen with a full-size fridge and microwave. Coffee, tea, sugar, and long-life milk (200ml) are supplied on arrival. Guests can enjoy our outside area under the pergola or sit and relax around the fire pit on cool nights (weather permitting), and a fully fenced backyard. NB: Complimentary firewood on arrival only.
