Our fully-equipped 1100 sq foot townhome (REMODELED IN OCTOBER 2022) is conveniently located minutes from the Mall of America and MSP Airport, with a Metro Bus Transit stop just steps away (with quick connection to the greater metro transit system at the Mall of America, including the light rail for convenient transportation to downtown Minneapolis and St Paul, including the Twins Stadium and US Bank stadium). The space Fully renovated to now to include 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath (shower/tub), a 3/4 bath (shower), and an IN HOUSE washer & dryer! HOUSEKEEPING We provide housekeeping services upon request for a fee; the fee is collected via AirBnB and paid directly to our housekeepers. SUPPLIES We provide basic supplies to get you started, such as paper towels, toilet paper, hand and dish soap, sponges, trash bags, etc. This is a vacation/rental home which means you are responsible to provide all other items beyond the initial provided supplies. Please do not take any items from designated housekeeping supplies, these are for our housekeepers only; charge will be assessed for any designated housekeeping supplies used by you or your guests. TRASH DISPOSAL Please dispose of the trash daily in the designated shared trash receptacle (accessed via pin code in a closed garage just steps away from our home). PARKING INFO *Parking in designated guest parking only (all other spots are tow-zones without required permit) *1 Parking Permit available upon request with a $100 deposit (refundable provided the permit is returned at check out) MAIL/ONLINE PURCHASES Mail/packages may be rejected by USPS/UPS as they require the owner name to be on the packages. DO NOT MAIL OR SHIP PACKAGES TO OUR HOME. If you need to make an online purchase, we have a secure PO Box it may be sent to; contact us for the address and inform us if you are expecting something so we can be sure to deliver it to you in a timely fashion. Keep in mind we are not responsible for unexpected issues with your online purchases or for mail/packages sent to our home. If you have any questions, please contact us. QUIET HOURS 10pm-7am, per city code. PLEASE NOTE: additional charges apply when the owner has to fix items damaged during your stay or pay for additional, excessive cleaning. All damages, spills/stains should be promptly reported to the owner to minimize damage and expense. WATER Tap water is potable. The City of Bloomington consistently has some of the best tasting water/quality of water in the state! Cold Water: please run the tap for 3-5 minutes to get cool water. (The main pipeline coming into the complex runs warm.) STAIRS This property is best for singles, couples, business travellers, or families with older children due to the floating stairs (see pictures). Other things to note Minimum stay is 30 nights.
