This is our family home, which is welcoming and perfectly designed for socialising inside and out. It’s located in a quiet Somerset village with a pub across the road, plus a shop, village hall, playground and luxury spa within walking distance. If you are working away from home, or just wanting to relax in comfort it’s the perfect place. For the explorers, it’s easy to get to Bristol and Devon as they are just 45mins away from the M5. We just want you to feel at home during your stay. The space We love our home and we only make it available for you to stay, whilst we are away. We want you to relax, enjoy and feel at home. For safety reasons, it is not suitable for young children or pets, due to low level ornaments and furniture around. We don’t want them to get hurt. Netflix, Amazon Prime and Sky is included on kitchen and both lounge TVs. Anything left in the fridge is for you to use, plus anything in the larder cupboard. For more details just Look at the pictures Ground floor has :- -Large fully equipped kitchen. -Utility room with washing machine. -cloakroom with toilet and basin -Large lounge with recliner seating for 6 people and 65inch smart TV -large conservatory leading to the garden. 1st floor has -2 double bedrooms -shared bathroom with jacuzzi bath/shower, toilet and basin. 2nd floor has -1 double bedroom, -lounge with smart Tv -A compact bath/shower, toilet and basin. The back garden has -3 separate seating areas, -BBQ -use of an enclosed stocked garden bar. ( please just replace any alcohol used) Free off road parking for up to 3 cars at front of house. Guest access The only areas not available for use will be locked. These are - the garage off the utility room - the first floor bedroom to the right at top of stairs. Other things to note This is our home and there are low level ornaments and furniture, which could be a safety issue for young children and pets. We don’t want them to injure themselves.
