This quiet condo is in the heart of Carrabassett Valley. Sugarloaf skiing and golf is just 7 miles away. Mountain bike right from the condo. There are 80 miles of trails available, for all different levels of mountain biking. The narrow gauge trail is a short ride from the condo. Hiking is plentiful, Bigelow Mountain, Burnt Mount, or hike to one of Maine Huts and Trails' huts. Tufulio's Restaurant is conveniently located nearby. The space The condo has two floors. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, a bath, kitchen, and a small living and dining area. The washer and dryer are in one of the bedrooms. Downstairs is a family room with tv, couch, and futon, with a large closet for storing skis, bikes, etc. Guest access There are two entrances to the condo, and plenty of parking.
