You can walk to Wrigley Field and the Addison Brown Line train station in minutes. Our location is exceptional and highly rated. Plenty of free street parking. 32 night minimum stay. The space We offer 3 queen beds. Two bedrooms have large closets. All bedrooms have a nightstand and or dresser with a lamp. There is a work area with a desk that has height adjustment for sitting or standing. The kitchen is stocked with all cooking ware, dishes, utensils, blender, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. A dishwasher is also available for use. The back area has a large washer and dryer which is free to use. The unit also offers 600 mps WIFI. Currently there is one 55" smart tv in the apartment. The Bakeshop Chicago occupies the store front of the building. The Bakeshop is a café that offers coffee, breakfast sandwiches and pastries. This is very convenient. There are also restaurants on each side of the building. Excellent area! Guest access Guests have access to the back porch area and gang-way of the building. Other things to note Parking in the area is very safe. Details on parking will be given upon making the reservation. If you are staying for longer than a month, you can have mail and packages delivered to the building.
