Mountain getaway near great trails/hot tub access

Our 2nd floor 1 bedroom condo has access to all the Winter Park adventures! Close to the mountain, trails, activities, and food! - free bus line to mountain/around town - access to gym/pool/hot tubs - mountain views - 2 great trail networks right there - on beautiful Fraser River Trail - walk to restaurants/coffee - office nook & reliable Wi-Fi - 3 min walk to Headwaters event center The space Welcome to our bright mountain condo! Come catch the peace/beauty of fall or plan for the winter! We have a corner couch and a cozy modern electric fireplace. It's a great place to relax after an active day. Or after taking a dip in the clubhouse hot tub. Our kitchen is small but is fully stocked with utensils, plates/bowls, pots and pans, a slow cooker, a chopper, a rice cooker, coffeemaker and a blender. We also have a cute teapot and cups made by a local artist. There is a dishwasher, a microwave, and a new electric stove. We provide coffee and tea for guests. We have basic spices, condiments, and cooking oil that you are welcome to use. Our bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, soap, body wash, and a hair dryer. We have an iron, and an ironing board. The office nook has great lighting with reliable fast wireless. It’s a good spot for remote work, if that’s your deal. The bedroom has one queen bed with extra pillows, comforters, and blankets. The condo is decorated with photographs my husband and I have taken on travels in Colorado and surrounding states. There is free parking outside the building. A washer and dryer is available at the clubhouse outside the unit for a fee. 20 miles of Blue Ribbon Trout Stream 20 min away. Guest access You will have access to the whole space. You will have access via access card to the Clubhouse which has a pool, 3 hot-tubs, a large workspace, a pool table. Washer & dryer are available in the clubhouse for a fee (machines accept credit cards). The clubhouse is a separate building and is a 3-5 min walk from the condo. We have an owner's bedroom in the condo where we stay when we are not hosting. We ask that you keep that area private. Other things to note This is a second floor condo with steep stairs; there is no elevator in the building. The space is not childproof. No animals allowed per HOA rules. No exceptions, sorry! There is no air conditioning in the building. Since Winter Park is located above 9,000ft elevation, summer temperatures are not traditionally hot enough to require air conditioning and the nights are cool.
