The space This rental is the entire house (upstairs & downstairs),backyard with jacuzzi and one parking spot in the front of the property. Guest access Guests can access the entire house including the laundry room. Other things to note For all instant bookings: 25 years or older. For Pets: There is a separate Pet Fee of $150. This will not be included in total and has to be charged separately. Only dogs are allowed and breeds are subjected to discretion.
