OMG!! You are going to absolutely LOVE this home! What was once an eyesore to the community has been transformed into A beautiful work of art. Previously, this home was a 2 bedroom 1 bath home with wasted space. Now, this smart home comes equipped with the latest Samsung Wi-Fi enabled smart appliance package. It boasts a whopping 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. Crystal chandelier fixtures. Ceilings fans with bluetooth speakers in 3 of the bedrooms. Mercer University is literally across the street. The space This is a 100 year old home. So as you can imagine, there will be some cosmetic flaws but nothing major that impacts the experience of the stay. This house features a huge living space with high ceilings throughout. The kitchen, has all Samsung Smart technology appliances and a family table that extends from feeding 8 to feeding 12 guests all at once. Essentially, every bathroom has its own allocated bathroom with 1 general bathroom being shared with the 3rd bedroom. Should you prefer to entertain your guests in the back of the house instead of the front porch, we have plenty of space to do so on the back porch and the backyard. We do have an elderly neighbor so please be respectful and mindful of such. Guest access Every space except the locked areas are available for use. Other things to note Full transparency: The neighborhood LOOKS INTIMIDATING. There are some poorly maintained homes by the elderly. Some boarded up homes that looks as if they should be demolished. Some overgrown areas here and there. Before our presence in the neighborhood the locals referred to the area as Ghetto or The Hood with heavy drug and gang activity. Since our non-profit organization has started investing in the area we have completed eliminated all drug and gang activity. We've also acquired most of all the abandoned properties and have properly secured them. In addition to the above, we have turned all of our properties in that neighborhood into short-term rental homes. So welcome to the 1st ever AIRBNB neighborhood in the Macon & Middle Ga area. If security is a concern for you, rest assured in knowing that we have cameras on ALL of our properties and we we're PROUD TO SAY THAT WE HAVE *NEVER* HAD ANY ISSUES WITH THEFT OR ANY BREAK-INS. LASTING WE NOT DIVIATE FROM AIRBNB. WE HAVE TRIED WORKING WITH SOME INDIVIDUALS OUTSIDE OF THE APP AND WE'VE GOTTEN TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF ON A NUMBER OF OCCASIONS.
