A seven-minute walk from the Jardín on a side street, Casa de la Abuelita will warm your heart. Enter through the garden into your comfortable sala with dining area and connected kitchen. Two queen bedrooms, one on each floor and each with their own bath, open onto to a back courtyard. With outdoor seating on the roof terrace or in the garden, you will surely find your sweet spot. Heat, AC, a whole-house water filter, linens, maid service, and wifi. One week minimum, 4 persons max. The space Renters have the whole house. Extra amenities include a bilingual Alexa to assist in translations, twice weekly garden and trash service, once weekly full cleaning, house agent if needed. Guest access Key pad entry to exterior door, new guests will be met. Maximum four people, unfortunately house is not appropriate for children under five years old due to lots of glass and hard surfaces. No pets. Chef and concierge services available, see House Manager if breakfast service or catering needed. Other things to note This house has been privately owned by the same family since it was built. The current staff have been in the family for years and will take good care of our guests. They will come over to pick up once a week and tend the garden, and the full house will be cleaned weekly.
