The space Two bedroom, two bathroom home situated on a quaint, quiet street near the center of Plaza Midwood. Recently remodeled with built-in bookshelves, granite counter tops and a gas fireplace, the space is comfortably updated, yet remains true to the traditional bungalow style inside and out. The baby grand piano, hardwood floors and vintage console make for a lovely living area, and the southern-style front porch is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the weather - rain or shine. The partially fenced-in back yard provides seclusion and space to stretch out with a patio for outdoor dining and lounge area, complete with fire pit and seating. The detached garage has a bar, sofas and additional space to hang out along with plenty of driveway space for 2-3 cars. This is our home and we invite you in as friends to enjoy the city that we know and love. You will find our shelves filled with travel relics and books and decor that is valuable and meaningful; we ask that you treat our home as if it was yours. We have a pup, and with her comes hair; we are diligent to clean as thoroughly as possible before any guests, but as you can imagine, dog hair can be ubiquitous. Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please report anything spilled or broken and use the space responsibly. If the number of guests exceed that amount listed in your reservation, you will be asked to vacate immediately and pay a fine up to the total amount of your reservation. Due to prior issues with guests, we ask that anyone under the age of 21 submit additional information; we will provide more details in our initial communication, prior to pre-approval.
